EK4-106 Vaginal Gel has demonstrated a tumor inhibition rate of over 95% in animal studies, with inhibition rates exceeding 95% against clinical pathological samples of grade III cervical precancerous lesions as well as against HPV. Toxicology studies in large animals have shown no adverse effects within a 15-fold safety window of administration, significantly outperforming current clinical drugs and other treatment modalities (such as surgery and photodynamic therapy). Preclinical pilot samples have been successfully prepared, and ongoing studies are being conducted to evaluate its preclinical efficacy, pharmacokinetics, and toxicology.
