It is the policy of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (“HSITPL”) to properly safeguard all information provided by participants of our events. If it is necessary for HSITPL to collect any personally identifying information (“Personal Data”) – for example, through the process of submitting details of products and/or information be displayed during the relevant event to us – the affected individuals will be informed via the Personal Information Collection Statement found in our website whether the disclosure is obligatory or voluntary, the purpose(s) for obtaining their personal information, and any class of person(s) to whom the data may subsequently be transferred.
港深創新及科技園有限公司（「創科園公司」）秉持維護個人私隱的政策，確保創科園公司活動參與者所提供的所有資料均會保密處理。若創科園公司必須收集能夠辨別個人身份的資料（「個人資料」），例如在提交於相關活動中展示的任何產品詳情及／或資料需要收集個人資料時，創科園公司將通過創科園公司網站的「收集個人資料聲明」通知相關人士收集其個人資料的目的、無論有關的披露屬強制性或自願性以及日後可能接收該等資料的任何類別的人士。
Any Personal Data collected will be handled and stored securely on this system only. As an overview – only the authorised staff will be permitted to access such Personal Data. HSITPL will use the Personal Data according to the purposes for which the affected individuals have been informed or given their permission. Likewise, HSITPL will never send any direct marketing materials promoting HSITPL’s products and services without the informed consent of any affected individuals and opt-out facilities will be provided for them to choose not to receive such materials from HSITPL at all times. All Personal Data collected shall only be retained by HSITPL for the duration necessary to fulfil the original or directly related purposes for which it was collected. Personal Data which is no longer required will be destroyed, unless its continued retention is required to satisfy legal or regulatory requirements or to protect HSITPL’s interest.
