2022年，元化智慧科技（香港）有限公司正式落地，並於2023年作為首批創新技術企業與香港引進重點企業辦公室（OASES）完成簽約，成為香港特區政府重點企業夥伴。公司定位于高端專科智慧醫療裝備的創新研發和精密智造。成立以來，公司形成了以全骨科手術輔助機器人為龍頭，覆蓋骨科、消化科等多科室臨床應用的先進專科醫療手術機器人產品佈局。
In 2022, Yuanhua Robotics, Perception & AI Technologies (HK) Ltd. was established in Hong Kong with a proud identity as one of the first batch of strategic enterprises who signed partnership agreements with the Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises (OASES) under the support of the Government of the Hong Kong SAR. Yuanhua Tech is a pioneer and world leader in surgical robots with very strong in-house R&D capabilities and a robust product pipeline covering orthopaedics, gynecology, gastroenterology, urology, neurology, and also clinical laboratories, among others.

以臨床價值為導向，元化智慧突破關鍵核心技術壁壘，完成錕鋙®全骨科手術機器人自主研發，成為國內唯一擁有骨科手術機器人全部核心部件自主研發能力的公司。2025年10月，錕鋙®全骨科手術機器人獲得中國國家藥品監督管理局（NMPA）批准進行脊柱、創傷手術。這一成就標誌著錕鋙®成為全球首個髖、膝、單髁、脊柱、創傷五合一、可進行多適應症的全骨科手術機器人。
Guided by clinical value, Yuanhua Tech has overcome critical technical barriers to independently develop the KUNWU® Robotic Orthopaedic Surgical Systems. It is the only domestic company with end-to-end in-house capability for all core components of an orthopedic surgical robot. In October 2025, KUNWU® obtained the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) approval on Spine and Trauma. This cemented Yuanhua Tech’s KUNWU®’s pioneer position as the first medical robot in the world integrating Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA), Total Hip Arthroplasty (THA), Uni-compartmental Knee Arthroplasty (UKA), Spine, and Trauma in one system.
