CS01 is an agonistic monoclonal antibody targeting OX40, designed to enhance T cell activation and proliferation and to remodel the tumor immune microenvironment, thereby strengthening antitumor immune responses. Based on an innovative engineered Fc structure, CS01 demonstrates improved agonistic activity and functional properties. The product has received IND approval from the NMPA and is currently advancing into clinical development, with broad potential in cancer immunotherapy.
